is a three-bedroomed mid-terrace house situated in the leafy residential area
of Raynes Park, West Wimbledon and is conveniently situated for central London.
Raynes Park railway station offers a fast and frequent service to London and
is only a 20 minute walk from the house. Bus stops for Wimbledon, Kingston,
Morden and Sutton are even closer.
The accommodation is of a high standard, decorated and furnished in a style to create a fresh and welcoming atmosphere and provide every comfort. The house has fitted carpets throughout, double glazing and full central heating (except for the conservatory), colour television, DVD player (region 2), video recorder, radio-CD player, hair dryer and iron.
There is a BT telephone (The telephone calls are charged for separately on account, B.T. charges plus 15% towards the line rental).
The
kitchen has been fitted with plenty of cupboards, worktops, gas cooker, fridge-freezer,
dishwasher and microwave oven. The conservatory provides a pleasant seating
area for the garden in cooler weather and at the kitchen end there is a washer-dryer.
There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds the other with twin beds.
There is a broadband internet connection which is available for use by Wi-Fi wireless or Ethernet conection.
We have a collection of (mostly) films which we have recorded on to video tapes and DVDs for our use. You are welcome to borrow them.
We have a stair
gate available for the protection of toddlers and a toy box for their amusement.
